Space Invaders Game
If you think you're ready for the challenge offered by Space Invaders, you can get started by pressing the Play button in the middle of the game's home screen. Once the game loads, the action will immediately kick off with the aliens firing shots at you. Although you can't move forward or backwards, you can move side to side by using the left and right arrow keys. The other control you can use is the space bar. With this control, you will be able to fire shots at the aliens.
The goal of this game is to get rid of all the aliens who are floating above you. The reason it's so challenging is not only do you have to shoot at them, but you have to avoid the shots they are firing at you. In addition to moving to areas where they aren't currently firing, you can seek shelter under the barriers that are above you. However, keep in mind that these barriers won't last forever. They can only take being hit by so many shots before they disappear.
To see how you're doing, you can look at your score in the upper left corner of the screen. You can also see how many lives you have left by checking the upper right corner of the screen. Lives are lost when you don't move fast enough to avoid an incoming shot. If need to take a break but are doing well and don't want to give up on your game, you can pause the game by pressing P on your keyboard.
